sin requires repentance
We believe that ALL sin must be repented of. As our knowledge and awareness of how Holy God is, we are made more aware of how sinful mankind is. Man will never be able to achieve Holiness in ourselves. Holiness can only be found in accepting what Jesus did at Calvary, known as the Finished Work of Christ.
"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
1 John 1:9
be ye holy, for I am holy
We believe that Christians should live a life free from the bondage of sin. While understanding, there is no way that mankind can do this. Freedom from the power of sin can only be found in the Cross of Calvary.
We live in a society which in inundated with humanistic psychology, which has an answer for everything. The ONLY answer for sin is death by the cross. Most churches no longer preach the following: sin, the Cross, & the Blood. However, we believe in preaching against sin, while offering the Hope of the Cross of Calvary.
We preach the Cross
We believe the "Message of the Cross" is vitally important. In fact, it is paramount. We further believe unless a Believer is firmly rooted and grounded in the “Message of the Cross” he or she will not be able to live a peaceful and productive Christian life walking victoriously over the world, the flesh and the devil.
We further believe ONLY through the Cross, can mankind find peace with God. ONLY thru the Cross can mankind find every promise and every provision he will ever need in this life to become a productive member of the Household of Faith.
Paul makes it very clear in Galatians Ch. 1: if we are not preaching “Christ and Him crucified, we are preaching a False gospel about a false Jesus birthed by a false spirit which will ultimately lead us down a false path, which leads not to everlasting life, but leads to an everlasting hell.
note from the pastor
Pastor Kerry Siler
I have been preaching the gospel message for over 35 years mostly here in Florida. I had decided it was time to retire, however, as the old saying goes: "we make plans, and God overrides them."
For the past 18 months, the Lord has been dealing with me regarding starting a church. To be honest, I was very reluctant. Having already done so some years ago, I knew of the hard work involved in starting a church.
That being said, I shared with the LORD what I thought was some very good excuses. ONLY to hear Him say, but I have called you. Eventually I became so hungry for thepresence of the LORD, I had no place left to go, but to my knees and I said Yes LORD.
Listen to past sermons
You can listen to all of our past sermons on YouTube, our website, as well as Facebook. We encourage you to listen to the messages that Pastor Kerry has preached over the last few months.
Maybe this is, in part, what Jesus is telling us in Luke 9:23, wherein, He says if you want to be my disciple, you must deny self, take up your cross DAILY and follow Him. Every day you live requires a choice. Choose you this day whom you shall serve; as for me and my house, we choose Jesus and Him Crucified.
Who we are
We are a Full Gospel Spirit Filled Church; our goal is to become a diverse culturally blended Church devoted to helping others grow, know and go; helping them to grow in the Grace and Knowledge of the LORD JESUS CHRIST; helping them to know the LORD JESUS CHRIST and then go forth into all the world a witness for the LORD JESUS CHRIST.
We firmly believe the Power of God follows the Presence of God. We further believe Signs and Wonders are to follow believers, not Believers following signs and wonders. We further believe a Child of God should never under any circumstance(s) lose or lay aside his/her Fear and Reverence of ALMIGHTY GOD.
We strongly believe the coming of the LORD is nigh. We believe God has shown us there is a remnant in this area who feel the same; “Jesus Is Coming Soon” A remnant who believes God is sending out a last call to get His church “Rapture Ready”.
Together we can do more
Hebrews 10:24-25
"24 And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works 25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching."
